We Interface your project, into our Project Control System, where we gather information to accurately schedule the timeline and budget.

During our Pre-Construction Planning phase, the project scope is reviewed in depth, and detailed take-offs are made.

Shortly thereafter, we initiate our safety program by conducting a project-specific hazard analysis.

During another step in the PCS, we thoroughly review the project, exploring cost- and timesaving opportunities, even brainstorming innovative constructive techniques.

At Job Site Meetings, we regularly communicate with the construction team to review the schedule, plans, and specifications, for current communication phases.
